Actually they weren't that nice. It was late and the one lady behind the counter wasn't too friendly to say the least. This was the Radission suite Toronto airport location.
But customer service for Club Carlson is very efficient and nice IME.

Anyone know where I can see my Club Carlson account  in detail? I want to see my points in details from where they were earned. I can only find the total amount.

Radisson Lexington (Manhattan) is $99+ tonight.

ETA: Not available on radisson.com but hotel site offering 15% off bringing it down to $84.15. Would it still be valid for the promo?

Based on the T&C (#4) it seems that bookings through hotel travel sites aren't eligible to earn points (which is a requirement for the 50k promo), can anyone please CMIIW?
