Duct tape and lock up the valuables.
+1.
There are very limited heterim to ask a goy to do a melocho for you. And hinting isn't really any better

Perhaps techumin somehow?
Its above 10 tefachim off the ground.
Getting on could be an issue but if you were on before, you may be able to. YLORMV...

What does being above 10 tefachim have to do with the issur techumin (travelling 2000+ amos)?

Ill research it a bit later, iy'h.

This wednesday rule is a mechaber, if I recall correctly, almost at the beginning of mishna brure 3.

As in swiping room key or walking in after someone through the electric front door?

One of the first simanim in shulcan uruch hilchos shabbos is about יוצא לים בספינה.
The mishna brerura in his preface discusses 4 issues:

1. Oineg shabbos. The shu'e himself says this only applies in types of water where it takes time to get used too, so aussie is right with this one.

2. Techumin, while essentially there is no issur techimn while travelling wholly above 10 tefuchim, it seems there might be a problem.

3. A chashesh of chillul shabbos as a result of a later emergency.

4. A geizara derbaban, aletz another method of travel which banned. (When travelling >3days before, there is heker and rabanan weren't goizer)

I didn't read into the enitre siman, but I'd suggest you look there.

(P.s. As SF mention, the Shu"a alows departing even <3 days when it is letzoerch mitzva)

Swiping room key. Walking in after someone, he did it for himself, so there shouldn't be an issur. But electric eye is a whole 'nother sugya.

http://www.star-k.org/kashrus/kk-trav-cruise.htm

take a look but ask your LOR

good article, except it doesn't address the cruises departing from a daytime excursion on a Thursday/ Friday.

For example, I really want to do RC's 7 Night Southern Caribbean Cruise (Adventure of the Seas) departing from Puerto Rico, except that on both Thurs & Friday they have shore excursions going to Aruba and Curacao. Another issue for this cruise, is that it departs from Curacao on Friday @ 6pm (which is after Shabbos begins during winter).

You can get back on the boat before shabbos departure time.

True, but you still have issue of the cruise departing w/in 3 days of shabbos, which chazal forbids per the Star-K article.

On one of these cruises as in Kosher? Kosherica has a near monopoly on it. Otherwise any major cruise line will give you kosher meals if you request it. Good cruise deals here - http://www.vacationstogo.com/?source=google&npm=c.

Which cruise lines that have cruises in europe or the Mediterranean has the option of kosher food.  I am not looking for an all kosher cruise just the oacked food like you can get on a carribbean cruise.
Also any feedback on these cruises would be appeciated.

From what I've read, people like the Kosher meals that Royal Caribbean offers. Apparently there's an online list of which ones are more recommended in regard to taste, quality, etc..
