the 80 is a few miles longer, however i ind the time is quicker or at least equal and much more of a pleasent drive let alone cheaper. oh, and less cops generally on the 80

+1 PA Tpk is tiring to drive on with no median-only a concrete barrier between the 2 sides. Makes the whole ride feel like city driving. I80 has easy on and off and is a very nice and pleasant drive.

Especially if you go by night. Truck headlights will blind you.

So it looks like I'm the only one who prefers the PA Tpk.
I think its quicker, and enjoy the easy gas/rest stops.

ConEd gives $300 (current 'special' till the end of June bumps it up to $400 if it's a heat pump). Plus you can probably get a $300 federal tax credit.

I was only there once, a few weeks ago and my "service experience" was great.

I went to a different establishment 20 minutes before closing and they didn't let me order a sandwich. So I headed to Wholly Schnitzel and arrived at closing time. The manager was really nice and he allowed me to order. They even gave me a free fries that they were going to throw out otherwise (they tasted pretty good).

Interesting story happened in Lakewood last week. A class was learning about Nezirus, and a 12 and a half year old boy said I am becoming a Nozir, for a minute. The Halacha is that someone close to 13 (Kotan hasomuch L’ish) can also be mekabel nezirus (and if you make yourself a Nazir for even a short time, it’s automatically for 30 days). Rav Forsheimer was asked and after consulting with Reb Shmuel Kamintesky, said that they have to keep Nezirus till they go to a Rav to Matir it. (not sure if I got all the facts correct)
