Pretty sure the one that opened where C&G was, has a location in Cedarhurst with the same type of specialty pizza, sushi etc.. and under the same name. The other one in Todd plaza just stole the name, and is just a regular pizza store.

Not  quite. The original Upper Crust is in Cedarhurst. A random person decided to open up one in Lakewood with the same name. Then the one from Cedarhurst decided to open up in Lakewood with his same name. Also the one in Cedarhurst is called the Upper Crust while the one in Todd Plaza is called Upper Crust.

I think the point here (which he didn't really make) is that the one in Todd Plaza actually just independently decided to call themselves Upper Crust before "The Upper Crust" opened in Lakewood, and apparently without specific knowledge that there was already a pizza shop in Cedarhurst with essentially the same name. And while it is a creative name it is not so very creative that only one person could ever have come up with it, nor is it so well know that it must be assumed the Kutners had heard the name before (just speaking for myself, I had never heard of it before. But then again, I had never heard of buckles either, and apparently there are 2 of them here in Lakewood)

Could be, but the logo is also pretty similar (thin Upper, bold Crust) and it's not like either place opened overnight.
Both take time to open and I doubt neither knew of each other's existence.

Upper Crust from 5 towns contacted the other one and asked not to use his name as he was already in the works of coming here. (same owner as c and g). they refused so he decided to keep it. the 5 towns one has a good reputation so its a no brainer for him.

I was wondering why the new The Upper Crust by C&G has so prominently on this sign "Established 2011" (or something to that effect - don't remember the actual wording). They're clearly trying to proclaim that they were around first.

They claim the point of the spoofcard is to protect privacy? You can *67 for that. I've used this card to help collect owed $ of ppl who would only answer the phone if it was there mother on the caller ID. It's only other use is to help pranksters....

Some phone carriers charge for *67 now.

I'd use this to call people who blocked all of the camps numbers because they owe a ton of money.
