J2- Pizza and sushi in Shoprite plaza. Pizza is good, great sushi. Service is not good.

Bagel Nosh - Legendary bagel store, needs no introduction

Coffee
French Press - Freshly Roasted exotic coffee beans. Ground and brewed on demand by the cup. Standard method is pour over, but you can request just about any. Ask which brand are freshest.

Kol Shimshon - fixed mincha and maariv every 15 minutes at peak times otherwise every 1/2 hour
West Gate - Maariv every 20 minutes from 8-12
Satmar- Forest and 5th

Different demographics lead to different demand.
Grodnoking works in this business and I'm sure can target the local market a little better than someone from Teaneck. Frankly I don't know anyone who dreams about eating meat on M"S in Lakewood.

1. I don't live in Teanack, just gave that as an example
2. He seemed to say that only chasidim do it, I disagree
3. I actually know people in Lakewood that do eat fleishigs (not chasidish)

I was in aisle 9 today and noticed that they have no sneeze guard on the steam table of open food! What's worst was that a guy was sampling the food straight out of the pan!
