I'm missing something.

I ordered the card(s) and used my bank account to fund. I see the 2 deposits into my account but I don't know where to go to verify them. The email tells me to create an account. Create an account where?

Anyway, I ordered three all with same billing info and one of them got canceled so I just reordered it now. Weird.

Just wondering... if I'm in Israel and want to do this, what's the quickest and easiest way to unload the cards, given that I can't just go to an ATM? Unless... an Israeli ATM works? Problem is, I don't want to have hundreds of dollars tied up until my next visit to the US...
