I thought that the card user doesn't need to provide ssn, just the purchaser?

Good point... hard to sell them on the triplets thing I suppose... so I would be much better off just ordering for siblings who aren't taking advantage of this offer?

They haven't attempted to with me? I used aliases, i.e. people who don't exist.

ATMs never verify ID, you need the card and the pin.

IIRC there's a $1 ATM at the McDonalds on Eastern Parkway and Utica.

ETAL It's now an AllPoint "surcharge-free" ATM, I'm not sure what it cost for non-Allpoint cardholders (only some banks/credit unions are AllPoint members).

Anywhere other then the Mcdonalds? Using the standard ones around here, where would I be best off? Chase? BofA?
