It's not a bad bet. You aren't going to find much better if at all, in the eruv.

yes. The only other brands name hotels that are in the Eruv are Homewood suites (near Maimonides shul), Holiday Inn Brookline (near YIB) Crowne Plaza Newton (half way in the Eruv) and enVision (near Maimonides)

Thanks. Homewood might not be a bad option for shabbos since it presumably has a kitchen
