Dell desktop internet connectivity issues

Hey all, I'm techy for an amateur but not much of a tech person so hopefully someone here can help.

I have a Dell desktop (dk offhand which but a good one) and the internet connectivity has been a disaster of late. Whether on wifi or Ethernet cable the Internet randomly disconnects for not just a few seconds (but still shows as connected - no websites work). I know it isn't a network issue since I have numerous other devices on the network and none give me issues. I reset the network settings but not sure what else to do.

Which internet provider do you have?

What are your speed test results from that computer and a phone from the same location using wifi?

Thanks. Fios. Speed tests are fine when computer is connected.

Download dell  Support assist, make sure all drivers are up to date. https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/dell-supportassist-pcs-tablets/drivers

Try a different device with that wire
