Can't believe I've been so out of DDF since I started working, but I guess I need to get used to the transition to real life.

We got GE approved Motzai Shabbos at EWR. Showed up 6 min late (last appt of the day) and they were quite jerky, but thankfully still took us.

Drove to LGA this morning as my wife flew to DEN and I went off to ORD for work. On the way, a hit a rock on the road and blew out my 2 left tires. Was incredibly scary but b"h the car didn't swerve, and I slowed it down to a stop. With no shoulder on the Van Wyck and waiting for the cops to come while just sitting in the left lane was one of the scariest things I've ever experienced. Cars speeding towards you at 70 MPH and sometimes just realizing at the last minute that the car in front of them is stopped just in time to swerve into the next lane was freaking scary. B"h we got towed and the car fixed in about an hour and we both somehow made our flights. I guess there is something to showing up early at the airport.

Eating Hy Life Bistro now that they brought in for us. Okay, at best. Hope guys here are good; wake me up when the SW 50K deal is back.

Wow, what a day! At least you both made your flights. What work are you doing that brings you to Chicago 1 week after starting?

Yeah, seriously. Accounting. We have training in Chicago (all the offices come here for National training).
