They do match a lot and even months later, but not always. I know a few people who tried matching and they didn't match for them.
through chat or phone? cause i now tried to chat and they didnt  match?

I am not sure where this ? belongs . Amex closed all of my accounts because they say the place I charged my card 2 3 times I have a relationship with them that's why they r closing it and that's not true its just someone I do business with .

is there anyway I can get them open it again ?

if not how long do I have to wait till I can apply again ?

I had this happened to me like in 2008, and they asked for invoices, which made them satisfied. They did however warn me to not charge there again.

it's probably worth keeping the biz SPG and canceling the personal SPG, imo.

it depends on a persons needs some might need the 10 nights to help them qualify for platinum

It is on the Amex SPGs.

Not on the Marriott cards though.

I would take the everyday but its not going to be easy. Lots of reports saying they are unable to downgrade SPG
