Be aware:
My banner promised that my friends would get up to 35k sign up offer for spg biz (same as public offer).
When I referred my wife, the landing page for the referral link showed only 25k sign up offer.
She applied anyway
Took a couple hucas to get them to manually to modify it to the better offer.

How does the Amex once per lifetime offer work? I got the business spg and within 30 days I cancelled the credit card(and didn't get the bonus). Does that mean I can't get the bonus again or does it mean that you can't get the bonus after you've gotten the bonus?

nothing to do with the bonus. If you've had the card you are not eligible for the bonus

no ways around to get it again? i closed mine's 3 yr. ago, any work around?

It's been a little while since I applied for an AMEX Biz card but was filling out an application for my wife and we got the message to call in. Will they just be asking to verify personal info or how much of a story do i need planned for my business? I also did a 2bm with the SPG personal which was approved.

reports are that it only works to get the bonus again after 7yrs...

Question is if I should call before or after... Was planning on applying for both Personal and Biz at the same time using referral link. That won't work if I have to apply over the phone... First I'll try to call and see how they respond...

i applied for the biz card on march 14. they auto declined me b/c i had 4 cc already (plus 3 charge cards). no HP. called to get reconsidered. they did a HP. waited. waited waited. got a call april 1st. agent asked me identity questions then said give me a second, i'll see if i can get you approved. came back with no decision. needed further review. April 4th, got another hard pull

. April 5th was finally approved. at least i was approved, but 2 HPs sucks. still worth it i guess.

Called to get matched to the 35k signup offer on the biz card. I had applied the night before the new offer was announced and I didn't have the card yet, so that was my line to try and get matched. On the third try, I was transferred to a supervisor in Arizona who looked through the account. She said that she will match it as a courtesy, but I was $106 short of the $8,000 spend

. So she said I should spend that money and she will look at the account in a few days and make sure that I spent that money and would proceed to credit the additional points. True to her word the points posted about 10 days later. Thank you, nice Amex rep!

Should be pretty easy to get that pull taken off.
