I'm fairly new to the deals game (my first one was the Sapphire mega 100,000 UR points bonanza from last year).

But for all you old-timers. If United honors these tickets, would you say that this is the most epic price mistake/deal ever ?

My guess is yes but I'm curious what others have to say.

It's definitely up there. Even price mistakes that sold $10,000 first class tickets for $1,000 still required you to shell out quite a bit of $$. If this gets honored there are plenty taking their whole families for vacation for a couple hundred dollars.

in the heat of the moment when i was booking my tickets to hkg i didn't book one for my 3 month old baby so after the deal was already dead i called to add her they said it would cost me $1,500 so i decided if they honor it and i do end up going ill just add it then but after i hung up i was looking at my reservation and my daughter was on the reservation. i checked my bank statement to see if they charges me and nothing. should i assume its ok and she's on or should i call?

but when i go onto the ua website and put in my confirmation # it shows my name and seat # and it says my daughters name and it says in adults lap

Can a poll be added with the following options (feel free to add more):
-Will be fully honored similar to regular award tik
-Will be honored with strict limitations (no date changes, etc)
-Will receive some form of compensation instead
-Will be canceled with no compensation given

U need a tkt for the infant, that you see on the confirmation doesn't mean nothing, they don't be able to print a boarding pass without a ticket number,

If they allowed you to switch it you would likely pay the difference in mileage for the new flight...

Sure it would. You (we) booked the 4 mile flights during the period they were available. Now that the price went back up to 320,000 miles if you select that flight you would need to pay the miles.

Is there any chance by filing a complaint with the DOT there's a greater chance of them honoring my ticket or are we all in the same boat either we all get it or none?
