The first part is interesting. The second they've been saying for a few days already, without acting on it. I've started packing.

I enjoyed Budapest other than the fact that I missed this deal because I was there and that's why I kinda skipped the first 6 pages.

Why would you say that. You will be fine unless someone from united notifies you otherwise

It will. and it has nothing to do with being printed or not, it has to do with the validity of the ticket referenced in the the number you printed. Granted, they may think twice of canceling when you already checked in, but other than that it makes no difference.

Ps. If you're going, and staying for more than 2-3 days, pls pm your schedule for a DO.

Was this for a partner flight or for United metal?
What happens when you check the RES on United.com? (I see you say it's valid, how do you know?)

Somebody suggested taping UA attempting to charge the $150, hence admitting it's a binding contract. There is a report upthread of someone who got a domestic agent to manually redeposit 199,996 miles....
