After emailing them, I got a response to please detail what offer it was and which merchant. I did so and never heard back from them. Emailed them twice since then and I never got a response. This is the second time I have done a promo (other was when sending $10 to Chabad NYU) and having to chase them for credits (all on a SPG Business card BTW).
I'm frankly a bit annoyed at having to do this... Did anyone else not receive it?
Also was it a 1 time promo? Meaning you can only get $5 off $10 once at that merchant and then can't use it again at any other merchants?
