So I met the spending on Reserve card long before first statement closed. First statement closed, no sign up nights deposited to Hilton account. Citi says it can take 1-2 billing cycles. Second statement closes, no sign up nights. Citi says talk to Hilton. Hilton, very reasonably, says "Why are you talking to us? Tell Citi to send us the info". I've gone around in circles at least 5 times with Citi by SM (phone isn't better, and SM is easier when talking for your spouse), going nowhere - they keep saying Hilton issues the certs so it's Hilton's issue. Anyone have this ever? BTW, I combined 2 Hilton accounts after that first statement closed, but A. Certs should have been deposited even before then and B. Hilton said either way the certs would land up in the combined account even with a new HHonors number.
