Thanks! I'll talk to the manager tomorrow. Still new at this. This is our first award vacation. We've stayed at Rome Hilton Airport hotel, Rome Waldorf Astoria (after a cruise), Molina Stucky, and now Hilton Berlin, along with some others.

I know the SUN are automatic, have you had experience with the 10k night?

Hopefully this data point can help you... my annual fee on the reserve was mid August (18th I believe). I recieved my certificate today. So about 6 weeks. Seems on par with T&C of 6-8 weeks.

Thank you so much for replying last night. This AM I asked for the manager. The CSR asked if she could help. Turns out there were some rooms available tonight and tomorrow even though the CSR last night said there weren't any. I was willing to pay the 50 euros for the upgrade but she said there wasn't a charge since we're Diamond. We got a corner suite with a dome view. Such a nice way to end our vacation before flying back home. It's surreal. Thank you again for encouraging me to follow up.

Oh, breakfast in the restaurant versus the lounge was like at Molina Stucky. We just gave our room number, they checked a print out, and that was it.

To get the the free annual night during the first year is that spend 10K   and that will in essence get me 3 night (2 signup and 1 reg) or I need to spend $1250?

when you sign up you get 2 free nights. Then if you spend 10k you will get a free night the next year.

Make sure you wait for the fee to post before you start spending, for the 10k

Won't help. People who applied with zombie links over the past couple weeks got a hard pull and were denied as the card is no longer being offered.
