Got a email that it shipped with a tracking number.
The tracking number returns no results, and i never recieved my card.
When i called, they told me to email them, when i emailed them i got no answer

My first card I ordered isnt working. On my BB I get this message that the card has errors.... When select the option to fix it, it fails.

A padded envelope is supposed to be used for this kind of item, so can't really blame the USPS. (E.g. maybe it got pushed out when it went through the sorting machine)
