its a tiny impression in the corner. not very noticible (i use it in kollel to write over chaburos and notes and nobody noticed or commented)

as long as they are only a MB's dealer and in the US (always call ahead to make sure)

And the last time i went they made sure that the name on the certificate matched my license, so beware!
