No need to apologize, although you still failed to search. Here's a quick search from my phone http://www.google.com/m/search?sa=2&q=traveling+baby+site%3Adansdeals.com%2Fforums&site=universal and there are still more threads if you search differently. And I think Dan would appreciate if we keep the forums neat and not just start new threads in his honor.

definitely bring a baby bjorn. do you think your umbrella stroller can handle the cobblestones? now ask your baby what he thinks. i went with a jogging stroller (mountain buggy) and it was great. but i also brought my bb for museums etc.

Umbrella strollers are for convenience (extremely so) they are not comfortable nor easy to push (unless you are on a marble floor).

Warning: AA in LAX is now enforcing the no stroller above 20 lbs rule. Good luck to anyone trying to travel with two small kids and a carseat.

Check in counter, you could probably just not bring the stroller with you to the counter, but that would require having a third person at the airport or traveling on separate itineraries
