Did they cancel import taxes on tablets as well, or only phones? Doubt they will make an issue if it's cheaper in Israel

Phones? A friend of mine got a fine for not declaring  a Galaxy S5, a few years ago.

I was originally going to stay by the beach in Tel Aviv but a friend offered me his apt for free in Bat Yam that is a block away from the beach. Has anyone ever been to Bat Yam? Does it have a similar feel to TA?
