Ask the current owner for a copy of his lease. The bank will have you sign a "lease transfer" doc, that will tell you any other fees.

Make sure there are no down payments.
Negotiate who pays transfer fees
Be aware of the miles allowed until maturity

when returning the lease you have to have it inspected the same as when returning a lease that you had from brand new.

If I go to Ohio DMV can I use my relatives address to register the car to save on the tax or do they require proof of residency. Does the lease need to have the same address?

Im not sure how it works in Ohio and I am not sure what it means about the lease being in the same address, but you can register the car to a certain address and have all correspondence from the bank to another address
