Does anyone have any experience with Europcar in Ben Gurion?

I just booked a Mazda5 or similar ("standard van") for 2 and a half weeks on Expedia from Europcar for about $236 total! I used a world mastercard, so no CDW. the closest price was $919. Am I in for a huge headache when i get there? Does anyone have any experience with them? How bad are they? Should I reserve another car at another company just in case? Is their place really far away from the airport? What am I in for?
Any info would be appreciated.

I've never dealt with them in Israel but they're a very reputable company, not some fly-by-night operation, I wouldn't worry about it.

are you aware that you will have to pay extra per day, for this party liability insurance? An extra $15-20 per day.

I allways deal with this chasidishe guy, they will have a driver wait for u with ur car at the departure level at natbag, u will give him all ur info before hand, and they will wait for u at he departure level when u return. and i allways got upgraded to a better car.
and yes, u have to call them when u land

he give u a total price including all insurance, and the "total" price was allways lower then the lowest i was able to find, and yes, including a guy that was mentioned here many times.
i think he himself lives in Asdod, the car rental company is in Tel-Aviv

I never rent cars in Israel from websites, esp american websites. There are allot of diffrent car sizes and extra charges that are diffrent and confusing.
For Instance:
1) Orbitz will show a full size car from budget for $25 a day while everyone is charging that for a standard. But when you come to the airport and ask Budget, they will tell you thier full size is a Mazda 3 (a standard by others)

2) All the extra insurance charges, and BG fees are usually not included!

I always rent by Noach car rental, cheepest and honest! (shabbos free)

Is anyone familiar with the Toyota Verso that Europcar (TLV) is offering? They say it has 7 seats, but I'm curious if there is any luggage space without folding the seats.

read the fine print.. since they wont take your credit card they are not responsible..
i showed up for a minivan with 4 passengers all they would offer me is sorry and a compact car ( no room for us NOR OUR LUGGAGE) and price would be the same! i walked away - spoke to many reps ( im club elite in usa) they said there is NOTHING they can do
