do the spending ASAP and sm or call them, hopefully they will be nice about it. How much time are you off by? If it's a few days then mayb u can tell them you received the card a few days after u opened it

maybe someone can help, I got a letter in the mail from chase saying that I would receive 110,000 UR points for spending $500.00 within 3 months on my Freedom card.  I was off by two days. Anyone have any ideas? I'm still in the HUCAing process.  (needless to say the 110,000 was a typo)

Well,  I spoke to a CSR and he said 110000ur points would appear on my next statement but it didn't.

1) My point is, it already happened. No need to rub it in, I'm sure he knows that by now & making him feel bad about it, wont teach him his lesson any better than he taught himself.

This is far from over. One of the CS reps told me I'd be receiving 110k on my next statement I just never got it, from what they're saying it doesn't sound like I missed the threshold. The only one to mention it really was the stupid BT [Bank Teller].

What is SM's? I have the same problem with Chase ink card. Spent 4.9k in first month then forgot about the card . Tried HUCA, no dice. They gave me a 5k bonus instead of the original 60k.....
