anyone know of well priced boat rentals within an hour of Lakewood,

I am looking to rent a pontoon or speed boat that can accommodate 7-8 people

In NJ, I think you have to take a boat saftey course certificate to drive a powered boad. i learned this the hard way when tried to stick a moterized inflatible raft in manasquan resevuar.

Not sure how it works in NY or PA.

In Miami I rented a boat and as it was the first time they showed us how to drive it and let us on our own, but they said that if you know how to you don't need any license or papers.
Btw it was a big motorboat
