Barclay reconsideration line: 866-408-4064, Mon-Fri 8AM - 5PM EST.
The 24-hour number is 866-408-4064
New 24 hour number is 866-205-5973
you can finally fax documents to Barclays the number is 866-836-6959

Based on the phone reps, an application usually remains in the system for 90 days, during which you can ask for a reconsideration.
However, if 30 days have passed, it will incur another hard pull.

There have been a few reports of Barclay pulling credit again when reconsidering - even when specifically asked not to.
Make sure to explicitly tell the rep that you don't want another credit pull. The benefit of such action would be that if later you see they did pull your credit you can call up and speak to a manager and have the pulls removed (based on first-hand accounts from this thread).

If you want to guarantee that you don't get another pull, freeze your credit report.

While Barclay recon reps are usually very tough to deal with, there have been sporadic reports of them reconsidering by reallocating credit-line from other cards. Additionally, there are a few reports indicating success with the 3BM.
Personal and biz didn't combine

Barclay recon reps take notes of each phone call and subsequent reps usually regurgitate the previous rep's reply.

Barclays has a 6/24 rule similar to chase 5/24. Not hardcoded like chase though.

Data Point:
I applied for the  Arrival Plus card this morning and then a few minutes later applied for the JetBlue Plus Card. Neither was approved immediately.  I called about 6 hours later and spoke with an agent. She asked if she could verify income and employment info with me, so we did that.  She then went to look at my application, credit report, and past history with my accounts (I have LL Bean and Aviator cards, as well). She came back after  a few minutes, complimented me on my account management, timely payments, and noted that I have $35k CL on the LL Bean and $14k on the Aviator, and asked if I wanted to move some credit over to allow me to open the new accounts.  Of course I happily agreed, and after a few minutes, she told me the accounts were approved and I would get the new cards in the mail within 7-10 days. :)

What do you mean by 'verify income'?

She said you reported X, and I said yes. And she asked if it's all my personal income, and I said, no, and gave her the breakdown of my income vs. my DW's. She then asked if I had reasonable access to my wife's income. I said yes, and that was it.

What are my chances of an auto approval for M&M with a TU 682? My EX is 712, anyway to force an EX pull?

I currently have a Aviator, an Arrival +,  and an Arrival leftover from a downgrade a few years ago.

I just apply for personal & business for Hawaii card, and both of the card went pending.  Should i call or let the system do the work? I know with Chase I should not call until get denied but with Barclays I have no ideas, any suggest would be helpful? thank you!

Thanks a lot for the advice, I called and they relocate the credit from my AA card to this one.  Do you have the phone number for the business card? because they say they can look up the business card!
