When you checkin, ask for sup, and ask him for a lounge pass, (if needed tip him with $20)

Doesn't sound right. Not sure where all these people are getting this from. Is only KLM excluded? Is there a list of which airlines don't have access?

That is correct. Just because you're flying business doesn't mean you can walk into any lounge. But in TLV if you're flying business you can go into the DAN AFAIK.
