Is it actually @Dan`s lounge, if not I think its time to name one after the worlds biggest lounger  :) ;) ;) :D
So we should name a lounge after Lucky? The guy seems to live on airplanes and in airport lounges.

$40ish dollers or priority pass
Except when it's crowded, and then they will only let in business class passengers.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

There's one in B, and one in C. You'll usually be able to enter one of them, and you could ask them aftewards to go to the other one.

Is that a strategy?

How much time would it take to go to one, find out you can't enter with Priority Pass because of crowding, walk to the one in the other concourse, and then walk to your flight which might be at the end of the first concourse? And all this for what experience?

They are not so far. If there is not much time then why bother but if there is time before the flight it is still much better than the gate.

They're a few minutes apart from each other. Sometimes the one that's closest to the gate is the crowded one, so you'll go to the other one, and switch once it gets closer to the flight.

How long do you generally spend at Dan's lounge? It's not like TLV is a connection where you spend time in the lounge between flights. I can't imagine I would ever go to one, to find out it's crowded, then go to other one, and then switch back. I would just time myself to leave the one I'm at in order to get to the gate when I would need to.

I actually spend a little while there over the summer due to flight timing and car rental return and security taking much quicker than I thought.

Nope.
Bunch of low-lives and long lines but no lounge.
I officially hate terminal 1 ever since they "upgraded" the facilities.

It is also absolute hell with a baby stroller and carseat where you have to get on and off buses all the time and carry all your stuff (Carry on, laptop bag, coat, stroller, car-seat, baby, diper bag) up the stairs to board the plane.

Those flights (at least the intl ones) in T3 are also remote stand. It's a function of the airline you're flying, not which terminal you're flying out of.

Wrong.

Take Cobalt air as an example. There are 6 airlines that fly TLV-LCA. LY, Cobalt, Cyprus air, Arkia, Tus and Aegean.
The ones that fly T1 subjugate their flyers to the hellish gauntlet of pain that is T1. On the other hand, Cobalt air flies from T3 where you show up by train right underneath the terminal, check in using the kiosk so that you can skip the check in line, breeze through security since it is late morning and there are almost no other flights, relax in the lounge with a cup of coffee and board the plane directly from the terminal building without having to take the bus to a remote stand.

Before the "upgrade", I even enjoyed some Wizz air flights that departed directly from T3.

True but it's still much better to leave from terminal three that has better arrival possibilities (train, bus etc'). It also has shorter lines for security and it has the lounge!
