I sent a secure message stating if I show them proof of a the 30k Sign up they will match it anyone have the offer that I can email it to them?

they gave it to me a week ago without asking for that

tell them you dont have anything written, but they did it for a friends of yours last week

Reply that it was alive at the time of your application, and your classmates grandmother even got approved for it.

I sent a SM last week asking for the 30k match, they replied that its no longer available and they can't give it to me. I replied that when I originally applied, it was available and they must grant it to me. They responded and credited my account with an additional 20,000 points immediately.

Don't take no for an answer!!

I tried to get the 30k match and they had refused initially. I pushed back a few times and they kept saying that they could not discuss what other people are receiving, but this offer is not valid. I probably sent about 5 messages on this. Finally after I asked them if a screen shot would help, they replied with
"Thank you for your follow up email.
I understand that you are requesting the 30,000 enrollment
bonus. I am pleased to share with you that we can honor
this promotion on your account. To qualify for the
enrollment bonus, it is required that you make $500 in new
purchases within the first 93 days the account is open.
Once this requirement is met, please contact Chase and we
will be happy to add the additional reward points"

I just tried twice via SM to ask for the 30k match and even sent the screenshot. My card was approved Sept 10 and I received the following:

As informed earlier, we are unable to match any expired
bonus point offers to your account. I have reviewed your
account and I wish to confirm that at the time of approval
of your application, the bonus points offer for a Freedom
Ultimate Rewards credit card was for 10,000 bonus points
to be issued on completing $500.00 in purchases made
within the first 93 days from the account open date.

Any thoughts? Worth trying again via reply or start a new message?

Did you ask again in response to the previous rejection or was it a new request?
If it was a 2nd request, you probably just reached the same low level employees that can't approve the added bonus. If you reply to the rejection asking them to reconsider, I believe it goes to a higher level of authority.

I sent the SM before your response, so I didn't mention that a friend of mine got it, but apparently, I'm moving up in the world:

I have forwarded your message to the appropriate
department for review and you should receive a response
within one business day.

If it's still no, I'll mention that my friend got it in September.
