it has different blades. I never used the kugel blade on the braun- never liked it. I use the S blade and than shredding blade.
Its also BPA free which is a huge plus.

If anyone wants- or dan u can post this on the main page- i found it for cheaper on macys.com the next day. i purchased it and they even price matched it to my old one that i bought. it came out to be 89.99 not including tax- so if anyone needs i can send the pic of the receipt for 89.99

never mind. i didnt find it the next day i found it on m. shab and ordered it than.. the order processed on the 9th (yesterday), and i called today to price adjust- they had no problem doing it.. and it was 99.99 and i added a 10% off coupon- that same previous one. so it came out to be 89.99

Called up and said that the price was lower a few days after I purchased it. She came back and said the lowest it was is $99.99 and you had a coupon etc.
She credited me back the difference.

How'd you get back $14? I "only" got $7.85. The Cuisinart came out to $97.19 after applying the 10% off coupon, and now it comes out to $89.99. So they gave me $97.19-$89.99 = $7.20 + tax = $7.85.
