Sort of targeted Amex card

I found an expired Amex 100k Plat offer in mailbox a few months ago when I got home from Europe . Tried to get Amex to upgrade me from Business Gold but no go.  Fast forward cancelled Biz Gold and just another 100K for $10K Amex MR Biz plat offer in the mail , not an upgrade !

 #1 This offer is addressed to a non registered DBA company that never really did any Biz , so is that a problem ?

#2 Could I ask them to retroactively upgrade the card I closed last month to this offer so no pull?

#3 Is a single 100K AMex Mr worth a pull.  Offer expires Oct 27th and my next appo would be around Nov 10th
