Not sure about right now but staples has great deals on paper all the time. They had FAR for a couple of weeks in a row recently

Just saw staples has Item no. 513099 for $6.99 -$3 rebate - $3.99 coupon = free

Not to sure how to link it from my phone, but it's a current promo.
