Chase Freedom: Tracking the %5 bonus spend?

The %5 bonus categories are limited to $1,500 per quarter. Is there any easy way to determine, at a glace, how much you've already spent toward that bonus for the current quarter (without digging through old statements)? Here in Israel, for example, I count on the %5 bonus to offset the %3 foreign exchange fee. So if I go over $1,500, I'm up the creek, paying forex fees while getting nothing extra for using my Freedom over my SP. Any easy way to avoid that?

Yeah, but I can't really filter the promo categories, since - for example - gas is listed as "Gas and Convenience Stores". Pretty sure 7-11 doesn't count, no?
