I signed up to earn 5,000 bonus award miles for spending at least $1,000 on my MileagePlus® Credit Card between August 1 and October 31, 2012. I have not received the bonus points yet. I SMed Chase and they told me to contact United. I don't have the patience to wait on hold for ever. I can't seem to find an email address for such issues. Anybody have a decent way to reach them?

I see that too. I think this is the link I used to sign up unless there was a different link for US cards. I'm sure I got a message confirming that I was signed up for the offer, after putting in my info. This really stinks! I went out on a limb to put charges on that card, and now prob for nothing!
