Litvaks rely on Rav Moshe at least to allow keilim but Lubavitchers view non CY as treif so DE is just as bad as D.

I was under the impression that OU followed mainstream (not particularly Chabad) standards and AFAIK they recently did away with OU-DE and they only have OU-D (for DE as well). See here for more details.

That was more for consumer confusion issues rather than halacha

Didn't know that there were only two groups.
What happened to the rest of the chasidim

I would request a link :) I don't think that is the reason, I have heard that Harav Elyashiv did not approve of DE.

+1  I have a friend who is furious with the OU and argues that they are hurting the companies by not using DE.  His argument is that most people don't know oreos are really just DE and now when they are fleishing they don't eat it but if they knew it was DE they would eat it an hour later.
I disagree with his argument but his discussions with the OU are clear that they don't use DE because they think it confuses people.
AFAIK they are with Chabad on this one
Probably right, I just don't know.

My guess would be that if Rav Elyashiv really said that it's because he didn't hold of Rav Moshe's heter, hence all DE becomes treife keilim.

I think it's fair to say that many/most yeshivaleit who are makpid on chalav yisrael view it as a chumra rather then a halacha due to Rav Moshe saying בעל נפש יחמיר

Fish grill.

I've never been to LA but everytime I see this place pictured I am tempted to get on a plane and come. I'm a fish fan.

So what exactly is in that burger?
