Why not just buy a $100 Costco cash card from Costco.com? It'd be the same as getting the $25 off in store no?

 sync your Amex card to your Facebook account
If offer does not appear, after you enter your card information scroll down page and click "Load More Offers"
Click on the offer, then "Add to Card" and it will move to blue button that says "On My Card"
Make a single purchase of $100 or more by December 31, 2012
Non-Members pay a surcharge of a minimum of 5%
A statement credit should be issued within 8 weeks of your qualifying purchase.

I am a non Amex card holder (bad credit). Does either their prepaid card or blue bird qualify for this and other Amex offers? Such as small business Saturdays?  Or is this just for traditional charge cards?

easiest way to link it is through the iphone/ipad app through the my offers section. You can select which 1 of your cards you want to add it to. I aso saw bendels (50 off of 200) and the container store (5 off of 25)
