Need some help here.
I intentionally took a long stopover in Ukraine (kbp) and was going to spend a night in keiv with a friend. The friend just backed out and it'll cost me a fortune to change the connecting flight.
Now that I'm not with someone I have no intention on going around by myself. What should I do for a 18.5 hour stopover in boryspil? I have a priority pass but I didn't see beds in any of the lounge amenities.

Why are you so afraid to go out and explore? There are shuls, kosher restaurants, It's fairly safe - you can visit babi yar etc...

Where are the kosher restaurants? What's good hechsherim there? And what's a cheap hotel near the Jewish community (but not gritty)?
Just gonna be there for one night.
I'm only gonna do this for the Jewish stuff, so what's a must see in Kiev if there are no plans on being back there?

If you've got the budget, you can do Haditch, Uman, Medzhybuzh, etc. Have you been to either of them before?

Look up Babyn Yar - it's a must do for most jews.

Order dinner to go from Mendys or Taki Da - spend the night in Kiev (like the Kosher Hotel by the litvish community)

Traffic in kiev on friday mornings can be a nightmare but you can check out Babi Yar etc take some lunch to go from the above mentioned places and hit the road to Medzhybush before midday. The way should take less than 5 hours with a decent driver (shkia is around 9pm)

Motzash or sunday morning you can head out to berdichev, breslov, uman - KBP is 2 hours from uman (you can stop in kiev for dinner on the way out, but again getting in and out of kiev can take an extra hour)

Let me know if you need any contact info for Medzhbuzh/Kiev/Uman drivers, hotels etc.
