IMPROVED PAYMENT FEATURES

-When you make a payment from your Chase checking account, your available credit on your credit card will be updated right away. So if you have an important purchase to make, you can be confident that you’ll be able to do so immediately.

-As a reminder, you still have the flexibility to choose the exact date — including weekends and holidays — when you want your Chase credit card payment to be credited to your credit card account.

AN UPDATED ACCOUNT SUMMARY

-All the information you need to stay on top of your account, including your payment history, balance due, available credit and more, will now be conveniently summarized on one simple screen.
-We’ve also added helpful reminders such as "Due date is in 5 days" or "Payment is past due" so you always know what’s happening with your account."

Nice feature, though hardly earth shattering.

That said, an improvement is an improvement.

There have been many times I've found that feature to be very useful with AMEX.
I'm glad it's coming to Chase as well.

amex has had the real-time available credit feature for years.

amex updated the SPG membership number and miles on the side bar... thats DEF new. It now tells you with your spg card how many miles you accrued with that card.

This is how Citi is if you have CCs and checking with them, it's nice I like it.

Just made a transfer from checking to cc. Still does not reflect immediately on the available credit.

IIRC you can pay from different accounts within 3 days. CMIIW.

They have told me both ways and last time I tried it didn't work, though a CSR was able to process it over the phone
