LOL.

I meant to ask what the "Chofetz Chaim" mentioned in the post by @Sport referred to. How are families "affiliated on some level with Chofetz Chaim"?
It's a yeshiva with a unique brand

Yes, it's a lot simpler to build an eruv than a mikvah, in terms of both costs and logistics.

That I understand.

Also, an eruv impacts more people on a more frequent basis than a shabbos Mikvah.

Correct, Although when needed it becomes far more important.

Woah. How about it is viewed as one of the first major responsibilities of a Rav to be Mesaken? This has sources in Rishonim and all Rabonim in all Kehillos in history.

Linden leans very far away from yeshivish To Linden? When did that start happening? I find it hard to believe.

Yes. I wrote about this about a year ago. I believe in this thread. Seems they started to move in a couple of months ago.

It's the Koson'er rebbe (14av BP) and 40 families.
There is someone backing it financially to get it off.
For the start, they will bus kids to BP.
My neighbor sold there home and purchased a one there.

Kol Hakavod to the Kossoner Rebbe, the families moving in, and the financial backer. This is a very important step in getting Boro Parkes out of their Golus within a Golus.

What is the financial backer providing to those families?

For a lawyer, you're not being very clear at all. Be specific with your question, and I will try my best to address it.

Why so long? You take the train to Hoboken and from there it is pretty easy. Didn't you want with Yeshivish leanings?
gotta get to the train, then transfer downtown. still commute from passaic doesnt look worse than 5 towns. can u recommend shuls?
