great deal, and seems to have good reviews
http://www.amazon.com/Foscam-FI8910W-Network-Camera-Two-Way/dp/B006ZP8UOW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1354723016&sr=8-1&keywords=Foscam+FI8910W+Pan+%26+Tilt+IP%2FNetwork+Camera+with+Two-Way+Audio+and+Night+Vision
I own 6 of these and am adding more including the exterior models. They're excelent! They pan and tilt, have TWO way audio (so you can spook the babysitter by telling them not to do something and hear whats going on) and the night vision is pretty good!
how do you record with this. Is it only live? Or can i set it to record and review the video later.
You can record. Google the different ways to do it, I did it by getting this free Samsung phone (http://www.dansdeals.com/archives/35514) as the "DVR" and attached an external hard drive to store the footage. I hooked up the phone to my home WiFi and can now access archived footage from anywhere in the world. I use this app on my S3 to view the cameras: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rcreations.ipcamviewerBasic They have a free version to try out.

I have the foscam. Overall happy with it based on the price. If you want to be able to hear and see  from a computer it's perfectly fine. However, The instructions were horrible and the app for the iphone is even worse though I see there are other apps that may work better. Actually trying to read through the thread now to figure that out...

Didn't see this thread till resurfaced but I'm gonna stick my two sense into the early conversation. I have a nanny cam gemach and strongly feel that everyone should be nanny camming their babysitter. The (small) statistics that I have compiled are staggering and frightening.

One babysitter was leaving 17 children in a dark room for two hours everyday with her assistant while she went to do errands!
Only after realizing that the kid was miserable and afraid did the parents make some surprise visits...
Every parent should make one or two  surprise visits just to make sure all is ok.

If you find a night vision camera that ISN'T black and white, I'll eat my hat. Because they don't exist!
These are not HD cams (that's why they're only $65) so if you're looking to film a wedding in your house, get something else.

kk wasn't complaining.

Btw does anyone know if foscams need exactly 5volts Dc?
I ask cuz when I plug mine in with the supplied  cord it works fine, but when installing outdoors using preexisting wiring (I rigged the end of the wire to a 5volt converter plug) the lights go on but it doesn't work. I even tried to use 6 volt, same problem.
