Youtube Presentation

have an internship whereby want to do a presentation with some stuff from u tube.
i have an inspiron 600M lap top and know i can use it to project.
i guess i need a program to download this that and the other...
question: what equipment - projector compatible with a lap top,
and
how do i take a u tube video and put it on the screen?
any hints would also be appreciated.

im not so sure you need a program, when you hookup a projector it projects whatever is on your screen so you would play it as you normally would

I'm not sure if this is what you mean but if you search Google you will find programs that can grab youtube videos and save them to your computer. That might help a little.

If it's a one time thing that you need to download youtube videos then better not download a program rather use something like this vixy.net it can do the work for you and save it to your computer and no programs.

Though like AS said you might not need a program to project, which then means you can simply play the video online and wont need to download it.

Ive seen this done plenty, you connect your laptop to the projector and bingo, you have a 100 inch laptop screen. Whatever is on the laptop will be projected, assuming you'll have internet access during your presentation.

Theres a program called "Miro" which plays/downloads videos in a pretty nice interface.
