Be true to their word regarding mileage reservation expiration times. The reservation should be alive until the time it says it'll be alive and it shouldn't fall off earlier than that!

Rumor has it they're stopping award holds period, so maybe Dan should be asking them to keep that.

Found it... That "rumor" is not at all substantial. Also I just checked and "phone order page" is still alive. It was probably just a site update.

Hopefully, though they did actually remove the Western Union option, though I'm not sure that was used much.

Yeah, that doesn't say much.
Although, from now on I'll start being pessimistic about this so that it doesn't stab me in the back if it ends up happening...
Maybe Dan can find out if this issue is, indeed, heading that direction...
