The argument is that since Palestinians are using their kids as human shields, and since the UN considers the "territories" to be under Israeli jurisdiction, the Israelis are really the ones responsible for using the kids as human shields.

I think the authors of this report deserve a medal. It sure takes a lot of rare talent to think of such an argument.

A word about the poll. I think there will be peace between Israel and all it's neighbors, when Israel asserts itself and a clear winner and loser is recognized.

This bothers me every time I see it. The fact that it was staged, yet still embraced by the left, is telling about this movement in general. It's a dangerous fantasy to indulge in. Weren't any lessons learned from the Disengagement?

Yup , the חפץ חיים writes in the מ"ב whens the סוף ימים for the גאולה,(in הלכות ראש חדש) which is in these days.
Don't know if most of the world is prepared to great mashiach, were living in the Times of mashiach.
