United between EWR and YYZ- under $200/per person!

I was looking for Pesach time- to go from NYC to YYZ and have never seen such a low price! Under $200 a person, RT including taxes. Looks like it works starting from YYZ also.

Just wanted to let anyone know who might be interested....

its OW fares, so EWR-YYZ $65. YYZ-EWR $119 pretty amazing

Anyone know what United's refund policy is? If I book these tickets, and end up not needing them, can I get United credit for it? How much will they charge me?
