i have reached 1k status and recived my 6 global upgrades, but my status didnt show 1k i called and emailed, they said that beacuse i transferd approx 40k flex points to become a platinum member from my presidental card , i dont qualify to become a 1k but they do give me my 6 global upgrades , i emailed supervisers ,they came to me that these are the rules nothing to do but they will extened the upgrades and status till 2014 , i claim it does not show anywhere on united site about it and i was clearly told by them when i paid for my tickets to that i will reack 1k status , any susgegtion or expernice with these matter
