Every star alliance partner displays LOT availability on the day I need including Miles and More, but when I call Miles and More they don't see it. Is that common?
What is it with you and M&M and LOT?  ;D

BTW AC is now showing LO availability again.
Same ticket, miles finally transferred from SPG but while it's showing online, on the phone they don't see it. I would book it online but I only transferred enough taking into account the 25% child discount that you don't get online.

Strange. Seems that each leg is available on its own but when added together it takes away availability. I need 3 seats, so whichever leg they search first has 3 available but when they try to add in the other leg there is only one available. Same the other way.

Just make sure its not ORD or YYZ as your HC because they fly there. Also, doesnt LO have a summer EWR flight? And a BUD-JFK flight starting next month.

Was trying to book several J class saver awards on  LX through United. Award was available, but there was some error during payment processing. Tried to rebook, but the award space went down by the number of tickets I was trying to book (unsuccessfully) and now there’s not enough J saver space. Called United they couldn’t do anything, but eventually booked me on a flight with 2 connections at a worse time. (I wanted ewr-Zrh-tlv got jfk-gva-zrh-tlv).
So the question is - if the LX space was somehow blocked by my initial booking attempt, when will it come back? I’d like to rebook the first segment back to ewr-zrh, ideally avoiding the change fee after 24 hours.

So to answer my own question: the award space returned on united.com after 24 hours. It must have been held in some 'reserved' state and was released back to united.
However the reps I've called several times already can't see the space - even though it's clearly available on the website. They do seem pretty clueless.
Anyone know of a direct number for a desk staffed with reps that can actually find their own backside with a flashlight? The callback link doesn't work anymore.

Hi! I was wondering if anyone can help me?
We have 60,000 chase sapphire ultimate rewards and would love to book a ticket from Moscow stopping in Crackow for a day or five hours and on to Denver on August 7 or around there. Alternatively, we can start from Krakow or from Minsk and go with miles to Chicago or NY.
