I downgraded my Chase Saphire to non-preferred a while ago, and currently have a 0% balance transfer offer, with 1% transaction fee. I have been getting offers on this card for a while, but this is clearly the best offer I have recieved. Just recently I got a BT offer on my Freedom card but with a 3% transaction fee. I would prefer to be able to close the Saphire, so I can reopen a preferred sometime in the future. Is there a way to get the 1st Chase offer work for my Freedom card? If not, is it likely I will receive such an offer on the Freedom in the next little while? In the past I have only received such offers on the Saphire?
