Welcome Ray! Things can sometimes get a bit heated in online forums, and perhaps yes, this should be more of an advertisement, but once you're here, I'd love to share some thoughts!

Nice location, rooms look a bit dated, would be nice to have a few aspirational suites. Free snacks and wine & cheese is very nice. What you'll find in these forums is that most people only eat Kosher. Would you consider bringing in some Kosher options for your breakfast and snacks? You mention that you have the lowest rates - what is your best rate guarantee? If one finds a cheaper rate elsewhere, what do you offer them? Wish you offered a points system, perhaps one day!

Did PH last year for Thanksgiving and had a great time. Really just choose any of the big names (preferably near some of the intended activities restaurants so you're not always taking a subway/cab) and you'll likely have a nice time. NY is great that time of year.

Am I better off booking the Four Points NYC, Autograph Lexington, or Renaissance? Have not stayed at any and would appreciate any feedback!

From the 3, I only stayed at the Renaissance for one night, a pretty decent hotel for NYC.

Le parker meridien is leaving SPG effective 1/3. Is it worth trying it out for a night before then?

really great location, waking up to a gorgeous view of central park laid out in front of u is pretty special. indoor upstairs pool is a nice plus though kinda small and was rarely empty when i stayed years ago. if u can swing an upgrade with a view and its a nice clear morning, just looking out sipping your coffee is worth it.

Might be in NYC for a night on Sunday, is it worth splurging 30k Hyatt for the PH vs booking the Grand Hyatt for $145?

SUN would be a better deal vs 30k. (WhatsApp me if you need one  ;D) also maybe look at taking advantage of this promo once you are paying cash for one night

It looks like i will be at the Beekman Hotel https://www.thebeekman.com/ for shabbos in May. anyone have experience on shabbos there (stairs, entrance/exits, coffee in the am?) relatedly, has anyone here davened at the Tribeca Synagogue/enjoyed their kiddush, or are there other options not too far from city hall for a nice shabbos?
