I just emailed them telling them its not right how they make a sale on something thats officially in stock and then just cancel on me and now i have to go instore to get ripped off for $20 so i asked for compensation. They replied that if i order it they will get me one-day shipping. I replied back that if they adjust the currnet price to the original price i'm in. And they agreed :-). Got my shampoo and One-day shipping. Coming quicker than what it was supposed to when i last purchased it

The rep I spoke to offered compensation of $14.41, the  difference for one of the two bottles. Considering what other here have received, this seems to be very good!

I had 4 csr's tell me "we are sorry but can't offer you anything" I HUCA'd till I got a offer to price match to $2.54 and he ended up giving it to me for $0.00! So that seemed like a great deal to me after 4 times getting nothing

i ordered the Pantene Pro-V Nature Fusion Smooth Vitality Shampoo for 2.54. i got an email a few days ago that they are canceling the order because its out of stock, so i contact'd them via chat, and i said that i see now its available, and they said i have to reorder, and i said that now its 11.51 i paid 2.54 so they gave me a promo discount for 7.00 dollars, when i went to order i see that the manufacturer for 3.00 dollars is still there, and you can do subscribe and save so its only 10.93. so here i am ordering this shampoo for 11.51 -0.58 S&S discount - 7.00 promo discount - 3.00 manufacture coupon =0.93 cents!! (not to mention that i used a amazon gift card that i got at my local rite aid with my chase freedom,) [now that i am thinking about it, probley would of bin a better deal to use my chase freedom direct for the 10 bones points] ,
