Have to stay close to children's hospital in PIT which nice hotel would be best option? and how far will that be from minyan and kosher food?

AFAIK all the kosher food and minyanim are in squirrel hill. When I visited this past summer we had rented a car and stayed in a beautiful new hyatt house in Shadyside which is about a 10 min drive from squirrel hill. From the hotel to the childrens hospital is about a 5 min drive.

Closest hotels would be in Shadyside (e.g. Courtyard, Hyatt House) or in Oakland (near the University).  Each about a 10 minute drive to kosher food and minyanim.

There are two 8:00/8:15 minyanim in Squirrel Hill. The larger minyan is on 2100 Wightman Street, entrance on Hobart at the Yeshiva School/Lubavitch Center location.
(A smaller, house-type is on 6328 Forbes Ave. a varied group of people.)

good. Nice place.This map show approx 10-16 min to the Yeshiva/Chabad location - 8:15 am . It's another 3 minutes to the Poale Tzedek location, 8am. Whichever you choose:

I'm from NY so first thing to ask before deciding where to go would be which shul is better for parking?

similar -- both have on-street parking within half a block. There will probably be more DDFers at the 8:15 Yeshiva minyan, if that's a factor. (And it's a few blocks closer to downtown.
Some people who go to that minyan work downtown, and maybe even work at Children's, so lots of hashgocha protis. Or you can stay anonymous...)

ha was about to ask something like where do you daven but I guess I might have the answer? Lol, Yeshiva sounds good to me but a bit tight gotta be at children's 9:30

If you leave Yeshiva at 9:00am, then you can get to children's at 9:30am, however, pghtown brought up another option that's located downtown.
It may be small and eclectic, and I've never been there, however, you'll be finished early as they have a 7:45 shacharis and a dedicated parking lot:

any 8:15 will likely be smaller than a typical 7:30 minyan, and both pghtown and I won't be at the yeshiva location at that time, however I have some friends/DDFers who are often there;
and that's where Dan comes, too (or came for high school)  -- maybe PIT DDFers will see this and say hello. (kriah will take time, so check Google maps for driving times to see if you need to leave at 9:00am)

It's a middle school minyan (works only as a last resort). Either the 8:15 there, or the 8:00am PZ, or the 7:45 Beth Medrash HaGadol at 7:45am (a few blocks away from your hotel) will work with your schedule.

There's only one kosher store: Murray Ave Kosher.
Giant Eagle across the street from it has a mediocre kosher bakery.
Milky Way is the only restaurant.
Many more eateries in CLE, a 2 hour drive away.
